At Padel USA, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your game. If your new racket or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached; please ensure rackets have the plastic handle wrap intact to be eligible for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 5-7 business days.
